Mr Robinson this afternoon claimed he was acting in self-defence after being attacked by the victim.
But coach driver Asif Idris, 40, who drove Tommy to the event, claims he was NOT acting in self-defence.
He said Tommy - whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon - threw the first punch and then fled the scene, leaving his wife and friends to travel home without him.
In the footage, 34-year-old Mr Robinson - wearing a black suit and shirt - can be seen glancing behind him as he walks unaccompanied towards the coach.
Shortly afterwards, the victim walks past the front of the vehicle, wearing a patterned tie with sunglasses on his head.
The pair disappear from view for a few moments before bursting back onto the screen. Tommy throws around seven punches towards the man's head as he falls to the floor before three other men step in.
The battered victim then staggers into the arms of friends and struggles to stand as he is carried away.
Mr Idris, from Birmingham, said the incident appeared to begin as a verbal disagreement but was escalate d by Tommy - who he says seemed "pretty sober".

Mr Idris said Tommy's claims that he was acting in self-defence are "not true".
"It was not self-defence," he said. "His wife was already on the bus. "He tried to tell me the man had ripped his jacket pocket and the fight was not his fault, but I told him I had witnessed the whole thing," Mr Idris said.

Hay bale gardening technique is a low-cost and convenient way of growing flowers and vegetables. Growing vegetables in a hay bale garden is similar to the technique used to grow vegetables in a raised bed garden. You can even add liquid fertilizer to the water, to make sure your plants have all the nutrients they need.

Este dispositivo puede ser de dos tipos:

Fusible de disparo. El tapn se mantiene en posicin por un mecanismo formado por dos placas metlicas unidas con una soldadura, con un punto de fusin cuidadosamente calibrado. En un incendio, el calor generado ablanda la soldadura, haciendo que la presin del agua que acta sobre el tapn desarme el sistema y haga saltar el tapn, permitiendo la salida del lquido. El agua sale por el orificio e incide contra una lmina, diseada para distribuir el chorro a manera de lluvia (deflector). Cada rociador cuenta con su propio fusible, por lo que solamente se dispararn aquellos rociadores que estn en la zona de influencia del incendio.
Bulbo termosensible. En los rociadores ms corrientes, un bulbo de vidrio mantiene el tapn en su lugar y contiene en su interior un lquido que no llena el bulbo, quedando un espacio libre. Cuando el calor de un fuego acta sobre el bulbo, el lquido hierve y la presin del vapor rompe el vidrio, libera el tapn y entonces el agua a presin, contenida en la red de tuberas contra incendios, descarga y vierte sobre el deflector que la pulveriza formando un chorro de agua nebulizada.
Estos procesos pueden tardar ms o menos dependiendo de la tasa de liberacin de calor circundante al rociador, de la distancia entre el rociador y el techo, de la distancia entre el rociador y el piso, de la inclinacin del techo y de otros factores que han sido ampliamente estudiados por la NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), UL (Underwriters Laboratories), FM (Factory Mutual), entre otros organismos de investigacin y desarrollo en sistemas contra incendio.
Disparo por detector de incendios
Otro modo de activar el rociador es con un detector de incendios asociado, que abre el cierre del rociador, que en este caso es una electrovlvula (vlvula solenoide) cuando se produce un fuego en el rea protegi da por el rociador (a la vez que da la alarma de incendio). La ventaja de este sistema es que, una vez apagado el fuego, se corta la salida de agua y, si se reavivase, se vuelve a abrir. Con el sistema de elemento termosensible, hara falta que alguien cierre la llave de alimentacin o los daos causados por el agua podran superar a los causados por el fuego.

So the pair started writing code and entered a contest run by the Colorado Innovation Network -- a consortium of businesses, governments and universities that promotes economic development in the state. They won $50,000, quit their jobs, and began building the company. The device itself looks like a router, and Klein said most people can install it in 20 minutes. (If you still can't, most likely a gardener or electrician can.)
The entire thing -- plastic, electronics, packaging -- is made in Colorado. Klein said it would probably be cheaper to make it abroad, but the company is convinced that U.S. manufacturing costs will fall as more companies decide to build stuff here -- and they want to be part of the force driving that change.
It's compatible with Nest and other smart home systems, and many areas experiencing drought -- including Los Angeles, Fresno and the Santa Clara Valley -- subsidize the $250 retail price, said Klein.
Of course California is the most populous state seeing a historic drought, and Klein said roughly a third of his sales are in that state, up from about a quarter last year.
Rachio isn't the only company to make these devices -- competitors include Blossom and Skydrop.

Before NSFW was an acronym thrown about on the internet, artists like Edouard Manet and Katsushika Hokusai were bringing sexy to the canvas. Visions of Venus and sensual octopuses are probably filling your memory now -- yes, your art history classes were more exciting than you first thought.
In celebration of the wildly erotic tendencies of artists over the centuries, we've put together a list of the most jaw-dropping-ly sensual artworks you might have forgotten about since your sophomore year stint in a Renaissance art survey course. Behold, 15 classic works that are way naughtier than you remember.
Warning: Art history suffers from a well known disorder known as DWEM syndrome. That is, Dead White European Males dominate the archives, and as a result, nude women are usually the subject of historical erotic art. 1. Francisco de Goya's "The Nude Maja"
This circa-1800 painting will go down in history as "the first totally profane life-size female nude in Western art" -- thought to be at least one of the first explicit depictions of female pubic hair. At the time of its creation, the Catholic Church banned the display of artistic nudes, so Goya's nude woman and its more modest counterpart, "The Clothed Maja," were never exhibited publicly during the artist's lifetime.
2. Katsushika Hokusai's "The Dream of the Fisherman's Wife"
There's almost no ambiguity regarding the erotic nature of this painting. The print -- a perfect example of Japanese shunga art -- depicts a fisherman's wife deriving pleasure from a rather unique encounter with an octopus. But do you recognize the artist's name? Yes, the man behind "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" had more than landscape likenesses up his sleeve.
3. Hieronymus Bosch's "The Garden of Earthly Delights"
OK, so you may associate "The Garden of Earthly Delights" with its array of terrifying, otherwor ldly creatures, but the painting has its fair share of sensual details. Dating from between 1490 and 1510, the work plays host to a whole carnival of sins, including the acts in the image above, in which nude men and women are seen frolicking with each other, horses, birds, mermaids, plants... you name it. 4. Paul Cezanne's "Seven Bathers"
Cezanne is well known for his various images of nude bathers, many of whom were women. "Seven bathers," however, portrays the figures of nude men -- though some are rather androgynously rendered. This scene of beautifully crafted male bodies is surely not the most erotic of subject matter, but the ways in which the artist toyed with classical representations of the body and the relation ship between the viewer's gaze and nakedness makes for a borderline erotic aesthetic. It is assumed that Cezanne, due to a lack of available models, painted this from memory or imagination.
5. Titian's "Venus of Urbino"
Mark Twain once called Titian's Venus "the foulest, the vilest, the obscenest picture the world possesses." With her unabashed nudity and strong gaze into the viewers' eyes, the nude female in this 1538 work of art is undeniably erotic.
6. Gustav Klimt's "Frau bei der Selbstbefriedigung"
Klimt, the Austrian symbolist painter with a penchant for gilded canvases, brought you uber-famous works like "The Kiss" and his portrait of Adele Blo ch-Bauer I. While those images, not to mention the many nude figures that populate his other paintings, exude sensuality, there's nothing quite as erotic as "Frau bei der Selbstbefriedigung."
7. Peter Paul Rubens's copy of Michelangelo's "Leda and the Swan"
For early 17th century audiences, it was likely more acceptable for a woman to be shown engaging in explicit acts with a bird than with an actual human being. Hence, "Leda and the Swan," based on the Greek myth in which Zeus takes the form of a swan and "seduces" a woman named Leda. Artists like Cesare da Sesto and Cezanne also chose the crude story as inspiration for paintings.
8. Miyagawa Issh?'s "Spring Pastimes"
Created in 1750, this shunga scroll depicts a tryst between two men, one likely a samurai and the other a kabuki actor taking on a sexu alized female role.
9. douard Manet's "Olympia"
Look familiar? Manet's 1863 painting is based roughly on Titian's "Venus" and Goya's "Nude Maja." According to accounts from writer Antonin Proust, the painting of a sex worker was so scandalous that "only the precautions taken by the administration prevented the painting being punctured and torn" at its debut exhibition.
10. Jean-Honor Fragonard's "The Swing"
This Rococo masterpiece from 1767 is full of symbolism, all of which centers on a young woman's extramarital affair. See that man hidden in the bushes on the left side of the canvas? He's not only on the receiving end of that kicked-off shoe, he's also getting quite a peek up the woman's dress. Erotic? Maybe. We'd settle for 18th-century creepy.
11. Pablo Picasso's "Le s Demoiselles d'Avignon (The Young Ladies of Avignon)"
Picasso's famous Primitivist painting portrays five nude sex workers allegedly from a brothel in Barcelona. With their unconventional female forms and relentless gazes, the image is a proto-Cubist version of erotica.
12. Egon Schiele's "Friendship"
Despite the title, there's a underlying sense of sexuality in Schiele's depiction of two naked individuals, embracing in a twist of line and form reminiscent of the great Austrian painter's intense figurative works.
13. Diego Velzquez's "Rokeby Venus"
Call it "The Toilet of Venus," "Venus at her Mirror," "Venus and Cupid," or "La Venus del Espejo," Velzquez's nude painting shows a woman d eriving pleasure from the site of her own naked self. For a painting made between 1647 and 1651 -- a time period marked by the Spanish public's disdain for naked bodies in art -- the work was on the salacious side. (In case you were wondering, Titian and Rubens also made their own versions of Venus at a mirror.)
14. Gustave Courbet's "L'Origine du monde (The Origin of the World)"
A Kentucky disability attorney who stole $600 million from the federal government has disappeared, the FBI said.
Eric Conn pleaded http://laws.com/ guilty in March to stealing from the federal government and bribing a judge. He was ordered to pay back tens of millions of dollars. His sentencing was scheduled for next month.
The FBI said Saturday that Conn violated the conditions of his bond by removing his electronic monitoring device which prompted the U.S. District Court to issue a warrant for his arrest.
General counsel for the FBI's Louisville office, David Habich, said that Conn's "whereabouts are currently unknown."
Conn started his practice in 1993 and has since built one of the most lucrative disability firms in the country. Known as "Mr. Social Security," Conn built a persona for himself using outlandish TV commercials.
But Conn's empire crumbled when federal investigators uncovered he had been bribing a doctor and a judge to approve disability claims based on fake medical evidence. As part of his plea deal in March, he agreed to pay the federal government $5.7 million and to reimburse Social Security $46 million. A federal judge ordered Conn to pay $12 million in damages and $19 million in penalties to the government and two former Social Security employees who tried to expose the scheme. And Conn is also facing a liability judgment from a class action lawsuit brought by his former clients, with a hearing scheduled for later this month to determine the damages.
The scandal prompted the federal government to review the eligibility of about 1,500 people receiving benefits, more than half of the people lost their benefits as a result.
